The main task of the committee

  • To determine the reward policy of the Bank based on the results of sustainable activities and aimed at achieving strategic goals;
  • Supervise the rewarding process;
  • Ensure that the reward policy does not conflict with the interests of the bank;
  • To prevent short-term profitability of the bank by taking on long-term risks.

The main principles of the Reward Policy are to pay the bank's administrators and employees in the form of salaries or other material benefits related to the management and performance of the bank's functions, taking into account the bank's annual financial results and profits, setting requirements for establishing a reward system in the bank.
