Innovations in the Azal Miles program

Our team is constantly working to improve the services provided by Azerbaijan Airlines’ AZAL-Miles frequent flyer programme.

For the period of November 4 - 12, 2019, our system shall not run due to the technical modifications required. During the specified period, you will neither be able to log into your account nor will you have access to your account through regular communication channels, including our sales offices, agents and customer support. In addition, processing rewards will not be available throughout the period specified.

Please be notified that after the update you will have the opportunity to receive rewards online through the website, as well as to benefit from free baggage allowance and more comfortable seats in the cabin against your points.

Kindly note that the mobile application of the AZAL-Miles programme shall also not function. This function will be added to the new mobile application of “Azerbaijan Airlines” (AZAL) which is already available on the App Store and Google Play.
