Cash by code

Using the service Cash by Code, a cardholder can transfer money from their account to other persons using the app MobilBank or an ATM.

 

Cash by Code via ATM

Using this service, cardholders can transfer money to persons who do not have any plastic cards. To use this service, the cardholder shall insert their card into ATM, then select “Cash by Code” in the main menu, select currency, enter the amount to be transferred and the recipient’s mobile phone number. The system a two-part generates, one of which is sent as an SMS to the recipient’s mobile phone, and the other printed out as a receipt from the ATM. The sender shall communicate their part of the code to the recipient in a convenient and safe way. The recipient shall enter both parts of the code in ATM and receive money without using a plastic card.

 

Cash by Code via MobilBank

This service was created for MobileBank users, who now can transfer cash in any amount and/or currency from their account to persons who do not have a plastic card. To use this service, the cardholder shall enter MobilBank, select “Cash by Code” in the main menu, select the currency, and enter the amount to be transferred. The system creates a special code and displays it on the phone screen, which shall be communicated to the recipient by using SMS or any other means. Otherwise, the cardholder can withdraw the money from ATM using this code. To receive the money by code, one shall specify on the ATM screen the currency and amount transferred.
