e-PIN is a service that helps you replace a PIN-code for cards procured from Premium Bank. The service is rendered through the bank’s ATMs or its official webpage, providing complete security of operations. It both saves your time and guarantees you will not forget your PIN in the future.

Online replacement of PIN code through the website

Step 1. Contact the bank’s call center (012 931) and report the loss of PIN.

Step 2. Proceed to e-PIN page

Step 3. Click https://reg.azericard.com/pindelivery/ and enter the card data in the opened window.

Step 4. Once you’ve entered the data, an SMS with a code will be sent to your mobile phone. To set up the PIN, replace asterisks in this code with the digits of the PIN you are setting up (for instance: 2222).

Step 5. Enter the entire code you’ve received with SMS, with digits instead of asterisks.

Step 6. Press OK to set up the new PIN.

 

Replacement of PIN code via ATM

Step 1. You need to call the Bank Call Center (012931) and report that the PIN code is lost.

Step 2. Insert the card into the ATM and enter the e-PIN section.

Step 3. When switching to plastic locked status, a one-time PIN code is sent via SMS.

Step 4. When assigning an E-PIN through an ATM, you must first enter a one-time PIN code, and then the customer must enter the PIN code of his choice.

Step 5. Re-enter the PIN code you set.

Step 6. Your PIN code has been assigned.
