PIN change

Caring about cardholders’ convenience, Azericard Processing Center has introduced the service “PIN Change”.

In order to change their PIN, a client shall take the following steps:

1. Select “PAYMENTS” in the ATM menu 

2. Select “SERVICES” 

3. Select “PIN CHANGE”

4. Enter new PIN in the opened window

5. Type new PIN again in the new window

6. If new PIN is confirmed incorrectly, the following error message is displayed: “Sorry, you have entered wrong PIN number”. In this case, the client shall select “PRESS HERE TO REENTER” and enter new PIN twice.

  • PIN can be changed only at ATMs
  • New PIN shall consist of 4 digits
  • There are no restrictions on the number of PIN change operations 
  • It is not recommended to enter iterative (2222) or successive (1234) digits, or use the same PIN for several bank cards.
