Risk Management Committee

The main task of the committee

  • To evaluate the definition of policies, rules, limits related to the management of all types of risks arising as a result of the Bank's activities;
  • Evaluate the work of the Risk Management and Compliance Department and submit reports on the results to the Supervisory Board;
  • To coordinate the activities of other committees;
  • To prepare relevant methodological explanations and recommendations on the existing internal rules of the bank in this area to identify risks and methods of their control.
