Changes in AZAL-Miles programme

Please take into consideration, that starting from 15^th of November, a number of changes will be implemented in our loyalty programme.

•  We are happy to announce the long - expected opportunity of creation a Family Account. Now valued customers of AZAL-Miles and their family members have an opportunity of joint accumulation of points and exchange them for rewards for all registered family members
• For optimization purposes, AZAL-Miles will now include only Classic, Gold and Platinum statuses. All Silver members will automatically be upgraded to Gold tier
•  Now it is easier to get Gold status! Just earn 8,000 status points, and it’s enough to have 5,000 status points on your account to maintain it
• The validity of travel points for Gold and Platinum members remains the same and is valid for 36 months, Classic members have to make one flight every 24 months to keep their account active
• Adjustments are made to the redemption table. Updated table can be found on our website at the link: https://www.azal.az/en/azal-miles/spend-points 
• We provide our customers with an opportunity to restore points through a personal account after the flight
